Malling Town Club AGM

(club will be closed for the duration of the meeting - anticipated opening time is 1pm)

Audited accounts for 2023 are displayed in house and should not be removed from the premises

Should you have any questions for the treasurer regarding the accounts or the secretary for general matters - would you kindly put them in writing prior to 5pm on Thursday 2nd May. This date also applies to any motions you may wish to submit – any received after this time/date will not be put forward.

The treasurer and secretary will of course answer questions on the morning  but having advance notification will save time and ensure accurate response
