A Day at the Races- Newmarket Festival

Subject to numbers we will be running this trip to a premier horse racing event at Newmarket on 15th July.

Initially 40 tickets are available and additional numbers can be catered for subject to ticket availibility (please note that if numbers are below this by end march the club reserve the right to cancel and refund in full given ticket availability is already limited)

Departure will be from Tesco in West Malling High street at 9am sharp

First race is approximately 1.30pm – last race is approximately 5pm

Departure newmarket around 6pm

Return in the evening to the club.

Full payment of £53.00 must be made upon booking – this includes coach travel/entry to races including grandstand & paddock entry

This will be a popular trip so book early! Club will close midnight

This trip is open to members and their guests (one per member)

Please be advised that should you change your mind – refunds cannot be given until we have re-sold the ticket.

It is against the law to consume alcohol on the coach.

Please note that (apart from the on course bookmakers) this is a “cashless” racecourse that has no cash machines and you cannot take any food or drink into the grandstand and paddock enclosures that your ticket permits you entry to
